In order to upload photos for consideration in your school’s yearbook, you’ll first need to create an account. If you need assistance in doing so, please read the article Creating an Account.
Before uploading images, think about how the image will be used:
A) If you are uploading images with the intention of using them in an ad, you will need to access the Ad Design Tool. For more information about designing your ad please click here.
B) If you are uploading images for the yearbook staff to use on collage pages, for example, then you may follow the steps below.
After logging in to your account, click on the image or Upload Photos in the top gray bar.
To upload new photos, click on Upload Photos in the top left. Keep in mind that the maximum file size of any image you upload is 10 MB.
Select the photos you would like to upload and press Open. You can select multiple photos at once by pressing CTRL + selecting the desired images.
NOTE: When working with a Mac you can click Command + select the desired images.
For each uploaded photo, you will need to enter "Who is in the Photo" and choose a folder the image should be uploaded into. You can choose to enter in the date that the photo was taken, but this is optional.
